Located at 508 N. Kalaheo Ave., the Mele Komo Beachfront Estate boasts a primary and guest hale, each approximately 6,000 square feet with 6 bedrooms and 6.5 baths; a 96,000-gallon pool with a waterfall, slide, jacuzzi and grotto; and a 2,000-square-foot pool cabana with a full kitchen, full bath, loft and laundry facilities, according to the MLS listing.

This Kailua estate is on the market for $50 million.

Listing agent Stephanie Rae Band with Re/Max Aloha Homes said her unnamed client bought the property, which had a home and a small pool on it, in the late 1990s. "What was there was completely demolished in 2012, and it took until 2015 to complete what is there now," Band said, noting that the home was designed by Honolulu-based architect Jeff Long. Band said the first home sits a bit closer to the beach and "showcases all of the views of the Mokes."
